Brent Kaplan launched BK Vantage in 2013 while entering his first dental practice management engagement in Los Angeles, CA. A graduate of the University of Southern California (B.S.) and Pepperdine University (MBA), Brent brings deep-rooted industry insight as a third-generation member of a dental family—his grandfather was a dentist, his grandmother a hygienist, his father a dentist and mentor to other dentists, and his brother a practicing general dentist.
With hands-on experience across business operations, administration, and strategy, Brent works with dental organizations and multi-specialty groups nationwide. He specializes in long-term value creation, strategic growth, and building lasting partnerships that drive operational success.
